Welcome to the ATP P.H.S Mobile Application (“App”), operated by Softstar Technology (“Softstar”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on behalf of Aung Thapyay Private High School.

By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. Definitions

“User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any parent, guardian, student, teacher, staff member, or authorized person accessing the App.

“School” refers to Aung Thapyay Private High School.

“Softstar Technology”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to the technology provider and system operator of this App.

“Services” refers to all features, functions, and content provided through the App.

3. Use of the Application

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate and complete information when required.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Softstar or School reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Data Collection and Use

While using the App, we may collect certain personal information including but not limited to: phone number, device ID, profile photo, and student-related academic information.

This information is collected solely for identification, communication, academic management, system improvement, and security purposes.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

6. User-Generated Content

Certain features of the App may allow users to post messages, comments, or other content. Users are solely responsible for the content they post.

Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, offensive, or inappropriate.

Softstar or School reserves the right to monitor and remove any content that violates these Terms.

Softstar or School shall not be held liable for any user-generated content or damages resulting from such content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, system design, and materials within the App are the intellectual property of Softstar or the School and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softstar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

Softstar or School reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted within the App or web portal. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or for security and operational reasons.
